There are several different causes of the panic attack. The scientists are exploring them from years and stress has come out to be the major cause of the panic attacks.

The five major causes of the panic attacks are the genetics, the stress, and the disturbance in the brain chemicals, wrong dietary habits and the lack of exercise. A single one of these is able to cause a panic attack. But the good news is that dealing with all of these causes is possible. If we talk about the genetics, of course we can not alter them. But by adopting a healthy life style you can keep the genetic disturbances i check. You can look for the solution of your genetic panic attacks. Many people argue that the stress can not be eliminated from the lives as the circumstances are beyond our control for most of the time. Well of course the stress of the uncontrollable events and situations can not be eliminated and in such situations and events may pop up at any time. But the point that matters is that these things can be controlled.

I mean not the events but the stress one takes can be controlled. There are several ways and exercises to deal with the stress. A person can have various reasons fro stress. Sometimes the reasons can be eliminated but at other time we just have to control or manage the stress that causes the panic attacks.

The stress causes anxiety and the anxiety in turn causes more stress. Here you can find information to break the vicious cycle of the stress and anxiety. Once the cycle of the stress and anxiety is broken the major cause of the panic attacks will be eliminated. There are various ways of breaking this cycle.

For example the first one is the use of medicine s but i do not recommend that for the medicines have too many side effects. The phrase of a health body carrying a healthy mind perfectly fits into the definition of panic attacks. People having such causes of panic attacks can improve their endurance and they will see a clear reduction in panic attacks.

Almost thirty one percent of the people having panic attacks have been found with abnormal body to mass ration resulting in panic attacks. The only difference is that the self help guides eliminate the need of a therapist.

Also they are a cheaper option as compared to taking a therapy at the therapists place. Nevertheless it does not over shadow the advantages of a therapy. The therapy is a slow process but highly effective especially for the patients whose symptoms are too bad.
