Causes of panic attacks are numerous and of various dimensions. The more we dig deep into the possible causes, the more astonishing results are found.

The causes of panic attacks cover a very wide range and need dedicated attention. These causes vary from physical aspects to the ones which involved brain activity. We shall first look into the causes of panic attacks related with the biology of the human body.

The research proves to be very fruitful and it has helped people get rid of panic attacks for a large span of time.Causes can help to give remedies for the prevention and eradication of panic attacks. The causes which involve the human body and its related mechanism are numerous. We shall first look into the hormonal development of the body.

The disturbance of the brain chemicals, the wrong dietary habits and the lack of exercise are the inter-related causes of the panic attacks. The brain produces certain chemicals that are responsible for the enhancement and stability of the mood. The production of these chemicals depends upon the quality of the sleep that we take and upon the oxygen that is supplied to the brain.

A well balanced diet can inject enough oxygen in to our blood streams. This oxygen is then carried to the brain. If that is enough then the brain produces the chemicals in appropriate amounts.

The first and the most critical aspect of brain are its response and adaptability to varying situation. The major cause of panic attacks is inability of brain to tackle with situations which are related with fear, stress or anxiety. So the question of the origin of this problem comes into mind. Keeping in our mind the dynamic nature of brain, this questioned can be answered easily.

It has been learn that targeted correction of these receptors is not possible. Instead we have to adopt the means of therapy for these remedies. Dealing with physical problems is never easy. Combine it with panic attacks and the situation takes the form of a chain reaction.The point we need to consider is to reach the starting point to reduce the anxiety.
