Panic and anxiety are not incurable. There are various methods of getting rid of the panic. The panic therapy is one of the most common one.

Basically there are two approaches for the cure of the panic. The first one is the panic therapy and the second on is the use of medicines to control panic, anxiety and associated attacks. Many people argue that the therapy method is too commercialized now for the purposes of making money. This holds true. But this can not overshadow the effectiveness of a good therapy.

One must look for a therapy that is tried and tested. Some people prefer to take medicine in combination with the therapy, claiming that they quicken up the whole process. That is now so many people have stepped into the business of devising therapies for panic that it has become more of a commercial venture than of a healing session. Many people fall prey to the fake therapies. They spend money on it and after weeks of reading irrelevant material they end up with no effect on their panic attacks.
