There are various considerations when we want to maximize the effects of our weight loss undertakings. First, we have to make a good weight loss plan. This involves making decisions about our lifestyle choices and of course, the means by which we can lose fat the fastest and the most efficient way.

There are some studies that show that using stimulants can aid in boosting weight loss for dieters. Actually, there is already some consideration about this because we all know that there are weight loss supplements and other such paraphernalia for weight loss that make use of stimulants such as caffeine and caffeine derivatives. The question now is which is more effective in boosting the effects of weight loss: tea or coffee?

Actually, determining whether tea or coffee is your ultimate diet partner can only come when you make the decision yourself. Of course, the decision would only come once you have figured out what the properties of these two stimulants have and which of the things they offer are more apt for your lifestyle. Here are just some of the things that you should know about coffees and teas:

Coffees are generally stronger than teas. Although both have stimulating effects, the effect that coffee has on the central nervous system is far greater. That said; this also means that the side effects of coffee are also greater than that of teas. Insomnia, palpitations, nervousness all of these is effects of stimulants, but they are experienced to a farther extent when the alternative used is coffee.

The daily does that is recommended for tea is different with that of coffee for the reason that teas are lighter in formulation and stimulant properties as compared to coffee. Tea can drink four to six times a day whereas coffee can only be consumed for three to four cups a day.

Meanwhile, another difference between coffee and tea is that tea tends to provide calm, tranquility, leisurely and genteel life while coffee makes you frantic, on the go and fast paced. They also differ in varieties because as we all know, tea can be enjoyed through various flavors and variants: Oolong, Wu Yi, Wu Long, Green Tea, Black Tea, Da Hong Pao, Tie Guan Yin, etc., while there are only three commercially recognized varieties of coffee: Arabica, Robusta and Liberica.

More importantly, we also should consider what the weight loss functions of teas and coffees are. Accordingly, teas can speed up metabolism while coffee suppresses appetite. So in the end, whether we opt for tea or coffee is really dependent on how much fat and weight we want to get rid off; and the lifestyle we lead. So for those who are still undecided, better make the decision now so that augmentation on weight loss can already begin and as such, obesity will be warded off at an early stage.
