Arrange for time to plan, shop and prepare your meals. If you are grilling chicken for dinner, grill some extra to eat on a salad the next day. Chop up your vegetables for the week so that they are ready to grab when you need them. The more effort that you put into this new lifestyle, the more benefits that you will reap.
