Of all the diseases that are fatal and causes death, the heart disease seems to take the number one spot. Out of the 2.4 million people in the US who die each year about 36% of them have been related to the heart or cardiovascular disease.

The disease can sneak up unaware and might lead to unforeseen heart attacks. If you want to avoid or reduce the risk of any life threatening event relating to any heart disease, you will have to know the many symptoms.

This disease is quite fatal if you do not take any initiatives quickly. If you fully understand or recognize the heart disease symptoms it will greatly help to save your life.

In order to recognize the heart disease symptom it is better that you consult your physician and discuss about it in depth. You must have to regularly check up your body to avoid any risk.

The following are some of the heart disease symptoms that you should be aware of. It is very important that you study each of them carefully. If you ever come across these symptoms it will reveal a potential problem but in case if there is combination of the symptoms then, it will indicate a greater risk. You must also remember that these symptoms will vary from one person to another.

Fatigue or weakness

It is quite natural that you will feel weak or fatigue after a long tiring day but in case this happens quite frequently it might be an indication that you are having some heart problem.

Angina

Angina refers to chest pain and it is a major warning sign that you might be having a heart attack. This is the most common of all the heart disease symptoms.

If possible you should check it out with a doctor as soon as you feel this pain. The serious problem with this symptom is that it leads to heart attack quite soon before you have the time to recognize it.

This symptom may happen when you are at rest. The pain can spread to the left arm, back, jaw, throat or neck. Sometimes numbness in the wrists, arms or shoulder may occur.

At most times chest discomfort, aching, heaviness, burning, squeezing, pressure, fullness or a painful feeling in the chest may also occur which many people will mistake for heartburn or indigestion.

Difficult to breath

There are many problems relating to the respiratory systems and one case might be the heart disease. You must immediately seek a medical help if this happens for a continuous time.

Tingling or numbness

This sometimes happens when the there is a damage or blocked arteries. Take this warning seriously. In case you have a headache, slurred speech, and loss of balance or coordination then, immediately seek help.

Dizziness or fainting

People normally feel this when they are weak but in case it is the first time that you are experimenting for the first time then, it could be a sign for a possible cardiovascular disease. These heart disease symptoms will start to show when you have any physical activities.
