This is not good. When a person brushes his night before he goes to sleep, he can minimise his chances of eating midnight.

Also, he should avoid any sugared soft drink and replace them with water. This can also make a big difference for her to keep at bay weight gain problems.

Eat vegetables before the main course and update the sheet in routine basis

If possible, the person has to have an ample serving of a vegetable before he opts for the main course which is a meat or a fish. By adding a veggie daily can make him comfortable too. He can also fill his plate half with veggies or with fruits for both lunch and dinner.

If he is out for a dinner, then also he should at first opt for salads, veggies and soups to start with. Also, he should keep a count on his ration out of the daily calorie allowance.

Getting used to leftovers and shopping with calories in mind

When the person eats out, he can prefer taking meals from his home than eating out in the restaurant. If he eats standard restaurant portions, he can surely tend to overeat.

Also, when he is at the grocery store, he can spend additional time reading the labels and such nutritional details.

This way, he can end changing his habits of shopping for high calorie foods. This way, he can be surprised how widely the calorie counts in some of the foods.
