If you are surprised that there are Acai berry cleanse scams circulating, well quite frankly you should not be. Scams have existed since the beginning of time and it should not surprise anyone that there are companies out there who would seek to profit off of this very popular berry. Most media exposure of this berry, including very popular talk shows like Oprah, has only covered information on the berry itself. You seldom see news or TV personalities get behind a specific Acai product and that is one of the problems.

Websites that operate on Acai berry cleanse scams know that people are unsure of what product to buy and they try to capitalize on that fact. They will use misleading information on their site in an attempt to manipulate the consumer's perception of their product or their company. Much of this can be attributed to the simple action of marketing. However, good practice marketing does try to manipulate a customer's perception but the main difference is that good marketing will not mislead you it will simply inform you.

The good news is that if you are paying attention and you know what to look for than Acai berry cleanse scams can be relatively easy to spot. People blame it all on the "free trials" these days because frankly that is the hot thing. Many Acai companies have used free trials as a front to get your credit card and then in effect scam you. But there is a simple rule to follow here, do not give people who will scam you your credit card... My point is that we use our credit cards hundreds of times every year without being scammed and someone who would like your credit card is no indication that they will try to rip you off, neither is offering a free trial.

Because websites are running free trial scams you should be wary when you see one but do not write the company off completely because there are legitimate free trial offers out there and if you do not take advantage of one than you may run the risk of actually ripping yourself off. There are many other indicators that are dead giveaways that you have encountered an Acai berry scam. Make sure you know what to look for before giving out your personal information. All in all the best thing for you to do is use your common sense, and apply good judgement when exploring new product options, especially when choosing an acai berry supplement.
