You can make use of dumbbell exercises by lying on one side and holding the dumbbells on the right hand with elbows bent at a right angle. The dumbbells are then repeatedly lifted slowly upwards. You can also do the same exercises with your other hand.
One of the simplest exercises for shoulder pain also involves lifting weights while standing and raising them until it forms a right angle with your body. When doing this exercise and other exercises, you have to make the movements slow to prevent injuries.
