You are about to discover 3 easy steps that you can follow in your personal weight loss motivation. It is really easy to get hyped up and join a gym or buy an at home workout program, but when it comes to actually using it and staying motivated, that is where most people fail.

(Step #1) Take tons and tons of pictures. You don't have to share these if you don't want to. These pictures will be for you and you only. Keeping your weight loss motivation is easier when you have pictures to look back on.

Take Day 1 pictures and make sure to take as many angles as possible, flex, don't flex, and do anything you can think of. It may seem silly at the time but when you need weight loss motivation you will be able to look back to see how far you have come.

I recommend pictures every day if you can or at least once a week. Take the same poses every single time so you can put them side by side to see the pounds melt away in time lapse.

(Step #2) Just like pictures will help boost your weight loss motivation, measurements will play an equally as powerful role. You should take measurements at the same time and days that you take your pictures.

Make sure to leave notes for the next time so you know where to measure, whether you were flexed or not, whether it was on your right side or left side, etc. Make sure to remind yourself what you did so you know what to do in the future!

(Step #3) This is the single most powerful method for weight loss motivation when it comes to having something to look back upon. Take out your video camera and just like with your pictures, do different poses and flexes. Record yourself for a good 1-3 minutes doing different things and make sure to get a 360 degree angle.

Imagine being able to actually look at yourself the way you used to be compared to how you look now. Video is incredibly powerful in weight loss motivation because you can see angles and things you may not capture in pictures and measurements.

You'll always have that day one video of yourself to look back on. You of course can keep this to yourself BUT once you achieve some amazing results by keeping your weight loss motivation, there is no doubt, you will want to share this with everyone proclaiming "Look at how I used to look!".

Keep your weight loss motivation intact using these three easy steps and you will soon have amazing results and the proof of where you came from. Document everything as often as you can because knowing where you came from is crucial to getting to where you want to be!
