* Try to avoid using any heat on your hair or chemicals such as hair dyes.

* Don't wash your hair as often as you are used to, use a wide tooth comb, and condition your hair often.

* Use a wide-toothed comb or brush to get the tangles out of your hair.

Chances are when you were pregnant your hair was full and luscious. This was due to hormonal changes. Then, after pregnancy, after hormones were back to normal, you may have shed the extra hair. Don't worry though, you are not going to go bald, just back to normal. You will just need to give your hair a little TLC.
