There are many weight loss options that are available for those who are serious about pursuing weight loss. Most of these options include the strict adherence to weight management programs. Beef - Beef is great for muscle building; it is also commended for its high levels of protein. Beef are great food choices; in fact, it is one of the healthiest types of red meat.

Salmon - Salmon is a great alternative and can add variety; this type of fish is an excellent alternative to tuna. It is rich in omega-3 which is great for heart, brain and joint health.

Chicken - If you want something leaner than beef, then go for chicken. Lean cuts of chicken breasts only have 28 grams of protein, 2 grams of fat and no carbohydrates whatsoever.
