Let's face it, when the holiday arrives it makes us increase food consumption most especially the fatty and sugary ones. The temptation to eat many also happens when we see our fridge packing up with leftovers.

I'm sure you have heard of a diet that encourages dieters to eat as many as they want but in small portions. When one eats small portions of as many as they want throughout the day this is already considered as nibbling, and achieve a much more similar fullness when we have our snacks, which means very little satiety is achieved.

But instead of battling your mind with what foods you should not be eating, or by how much you should feed on them, try to fix yourself on a diet that would consist of low calories.
