It wouldn't add up to those current layers of fat rather it would even eliminate blockage from our bloodstream and flushes it out through bowel movements. Hence, saying goodbye to high blood cholesterol level is also a possibility.

You have nothing to lose in this kind of diet but everything to gain, with fat exempted of course. It does not require one to have a big allotment of their budget with this kind of diet unlike some weight loss supplements and products that puts a heavy strain on it. Engaging in a high fiber diet definitely provides a good body and a healthier you. So stop complaining of health and weight problems, switch to a high fiber diet now.
