How to grow hair back quickly was a question that I asked when I started to lose my hair. When I was a small girl I was told that a woman's hair is her crowning glory. Therefore, when I started losing my hair I was traumatized and felt very self conscious and depressed. I felt alone in my dilemma.
I have Alopecia Areata and lose my hair in patches from time to time and I used to have to wait months for it to grow back. More women than men are diagnosed with this condition. I started doing some research and found some answers to that question,"how do I grow my hair back quickly".
* The scalp needs a good blood flow to help stimulate the root of the hair. One good way for this is to message essential oils in one spot or if the whole scalp is shedding hair you can message the entire head. This process is not only beneficial but it feels good too. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes of this procedure to get a really good flow of blood to the scalp.
* Keep hair healthy as your hair grows. Keep the hair trimmed as it is growing in. I know this sounds like a set back but remember as hair grows the ends are older and will start to split. Take extra care of new growth.
* Your diet should be rich in foods like fish, dairy products, organ meats (the meat found in liver and kidneys), eggs, beef, and pork.
* Wear hats as little as possible. This can stunt the growth of the delicate hair follicles that are trying to grow back. Hats worn very often can restrict the hair follicle and will keep the hair from growing in quickly.
* When hair begins to grow back it may be thinner than usual or the color may be different than before. Don't be tempted to use harsh hair dyes on delicate regrowth.
* Avoid using harsh chemicals such as perms, straighteners, peroxide, or any hair dyes. If you feel your must color your us non peroxide dye, henna, or any home made dyes. You can find recipes for home made dyes on the internet.
* Avoid using heated appliances whenever possible. No blow drying, hot rollers, straightening irons, or crimpers. New hair can be too fragile for these appliances.
If after trying some of these tips the hair is not growing back, it would be wise to see your doctor.
