Your cardio exercises are effective in burning fat in a short time, that is why you need to do them regularly. On the other hand, your weight training will help you burn fats continuously even after you exercise and even when you are resting.

- Speed up metabolism with the choices of food you make. Switching to a high-fiber diet is also another way on how to burn fat faster. It can also help to add more 'fat-burning' foods to your meals, such as spicy foods like chili and fruits like grapefruits, oranges, lemons and pineapples and vegetables like artichokes, peppers, tomato and asparagus.

Doing your cardio and weight training complemented with a healthy choice of food is indeed one of the best ways on how to burn fat faster, safer and healthier, and will help you stay in shape permanently.
