Of course you will have to do so by exercising. You will also need to have foods which can help you to build muscles. You need to have foods which are rich in protein. It is the main source of muscle masses and you must make sure that you will have such foods.

As discussed, you have to do exercises. In order to build muscle masses, it is a must for you to have resistance training. This is the best way for you to build muscles. If it is possible, you should hit the gym every day so that you can have weight training regularly.
