The ingredients for this recipe includes two cups of potatoes, one tablespoon of sugar, two tablespoons of margarine, one half teaspoon of salt, one pound of sausage the linked kind, three tablespoons of raisins, two tablespoons of water and one fourth cup of orange juice.

Cooking Procedure:

1. The first step in making one of the best casseroles recipes with sausages and potatoes is putting all the ingredients in one large pot. Then covering it and letting it simmer for eight minutes until everything gets cooked.
2. The next step is draining it and cooking it in a slow way until the sausages gets brown. Then add the mashed potatoes until it fills up one quart of the casserole.

Other ingredients you need to put in a smaller bowl are one cup of milk, one egg, one half cup of mayonnaise. These ingredients should be mixed well. The things you will need are a big bowl and a pan (9 by 9 inches).

Cooking Procedure:

1. Put the mixture of the milk, egg and mayonnaise in the larger bowl. This is the stuffing which will be used after the next steps.
2. Combine all the ingredients and put in the pan then preheat the oven.
3. The next step is baking it for thirty minutes at three hundred degrees Fahrenheit.

3. Leftover Turkey Casserole Recipe - This is a good way of using your leftover turkey.
The ingredients for this recipe are one pack of bread stuffing, one can of sour cream, one can of sweetened milk, one can of cream of celery soup, one package of onion soup, one can of green beans and two cups of chopped meat of Turkey.

Cooking Procedure:

1. Prepare the stuffing as instructed by the package.
2. In another bowl mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, onion soup and celery soup.
3. Put the green beans in a dish and layer the meat of turkey on it. Put the mixture as well as the stuffing.
4. The last step is baking it for thirty minutes until it turns brown.
