Many people are having a difficult time of how to get rid of blackheads. Blackheads are some of the causes of the shedding of skin, which is a natural cycle. However, the problem begins when the dead cells plug the pores of the skin and stops oil flow. This allows dirt, dust, and other impurities into the pores, which causes pimples, acne, or blackheads. Several tips are available on how to get rid of blackheads. These tips are proven effective and can easily be followed without spending too much money on dermatologists and other skin experts. These include the following:

- Exercise - It is advisable to do exercises such as walking and jogging in order to obtain sweat. Sweating helps in cleaning the pores of your skin and can remove blackheads. Thus, apart from making your entire body healthy, exercising can also help you obtain a clear and blackheads-free skin.

- Steam - You may not be aware but steaming your face with a hot towel can open your pores and loosen blackheads. When you place a very hot towel on your face or in the area where blackheads are prominent, you can take out the impurities by squeezing the area gently in order to let them pop. You can close your pores by washing your face of the area with cold water, preferable with ice.

- Shower - Taking a shower is one of the easiest ways of how to get rid of blackheads. You simply need 3 towels, one soaked in ice water. Make sure all the openings in your bathrooms such as doors and windows are closed. Turn on your shower and let the steam fill the room. Brisk-dry your body with a clean towel; then take out the cold towel from the ice water and rub it to your body, allowing the pores to close. Dry yourself with a dry towel. This process will get rid of your blackheads as they are loosened during the hot to cold method.

- Exfoliation - This involves the process of unclogging your pores as well as removing your dead skin cells. Many products for exfoliation can be used. These products usually come in tubes. They are applied in the face and left for 15 minutes.

- Vitamin A - Vitamins and minerals are ultimately good for the body. However, if you are able to adjust your intake of Vitamin A, you are able to help fight free radicals, which are harmful to your skin.

- Fast Face Treatment - Many skin experts recommend the use of Glycerin, lime juice, and almond oil as products of how to get rid of blackheads. It is a fast treatment that also improves the discoloration of the skin. You simply have to apply the mixture into your face for 10 minutes and wash off with water.
