The following are symptoms of Alzheimer's: sudden and frequent memory loss, mental confusion, problems with words, dementia and most importantly shrunken brain, dead brain tissue, dry and dirty. The brain, like all tissues is built, fueled and cleansed by blood, nutrients. Long-term poor, reduced circulation or thin, deficient blood tends to attack, dry and weaken the brain, and in the extreme cause the symptoms qualified as Alzheimer's. Simple diet, daily exercise including reading generally prevents Alzheimer's.

The body digests food and transforms nutrients into blood, structure and function, into health or disease. Blood, nutrients build, fuel and cleanse the organs, muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, etc. Protein and fat build, thicken and fuel.

Too little protein and fat via anemic, low protein, low-fat (milk, yogurt, soft cheeses, beans, nuts and seeds) and high carbohydrate (pasta, bread, salads, tropical fruits, juices, etc.) diets tends to thin and weaken the blood, circulation, especially to the extremities: head, arms and legs. In the extreme, thin, less blood dries, thins, inflames, weakens etc. the brain, nerves, bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles, nerves, etc. producing memory loss, pain, inflammation, swelling, redness, etc.

Too much protein and fat tends to thicken the blood, which in turn, thickens, clogs and weakens the liver. All blood passes in and out the liver. The liver stores, cleanses (filters, removes excess protein, fat, cholesterol, impurities, etc.) and releases the blood. High protein and high fat (especially animal, fried) diets in excess tend to thicken the blood, which in turn, thickens, clogs, swells and weakens the liver. Less cholesterol, fat, impurities, etc. are removed, cleansed, more stays in the blood (high cholesterol, clots, uric acid), thickening, clogging, narrowing and hardening the arteries (plaque, arteriosclerosis, atherosclerosis, high blood pressure), reducing overall circulation, supply of blood and energy especially to the extremities: head, arms and legs producing swelling, pain, inflammation, weakness and in the extreme, sudden and frequent memory loss, mental confusion, problems with words, dementia and shrunken brain, dead brain tissue, dry and dirty.

Long-term blood deficiency (thin blood, low protein, low-fat) or poor, reduced circulation dries, thins, shrinks, weakens and or kills brain tissue, nerve cells. The middle diet, meal plan adjusted accordingly is recommended

Medication, blood thinners can also thin the blood (remove excess protein, fat, cholesterol), and in the extreme, thin and dry the bones, brain, skin, hair, etc. which are all fed, thickened by blood, protein and fat. When you thin the blood, decrease protein and fat, you thin everything else.
