Have some changes in your lifestyle. Drinking and smoking are among the habits in today's lifestyle that bring more dangers to our health. Indeed, there is more harm than good if you are always having alcohol in your system. Exposing your body to the harmful effects of nicotine as well, increases your risk of having heart problems. One of the effects of Nicotine in the body is that, it constricts the blood vessels that may result to the rise of the blood's pressure, resulting to heart problems. Thus, as early as possible, try to find ways to avoid these habits.
