A master cleansing diet of lemon juice is also a popular way to detoxify your body and cleanse it from the inside out. The lemon juice fasting is done with lemon juice of course, added in water plus teaspoons of maple syrup with cayenne pepper added for taste.

The master cleansing diet of lemon juice is said to be better if you don't want to miss the nutrients that your body needs while doing the fasting. It also helps in making your body more alkaline. Opting for an organically grown lemon is also recommended for your cleansing program so you can stay away from adding more toxins in your body.

Maple syrup is also added in the mixture as this is a good source of micronutrients and calories during your cleansing program. Lemon has been used for a long time in detoxification and most often, it is added with warm water and taken first thing in the morning to increase its effectiveness and for digestive cleansing as well. It is also advisable to drink lots of water throughout the day.
