Body Cleansing Diets - The Natural Body Cleansers

We all need some body cleansing diets once in a while as our bodies accumulate toxins, pollutants, food additives as well as pesticides and insecticide residues we get from raw vegetables and fruits, especially the commercialized ones.

With body cleansing, we can make your immune system function just like new and of course, with a good functioning immune system, you can make your body healthy and free from diseases as well as tiredness, stress, headaches and pain. In detoxifying, you are actually cleaning your liver, your kidneys, your colon and your skin as well.

Although our body already has a detoxifying function that allows our bodies to cleanse themselves, it does need some help at times especially if we have been having too much toxins and pollutants in the body that our body's natural detoxification process may not suffice to really be clean inside out.

When do you need a body cleansing

How would you determine if you need to have your cleansing? Most often, the pollutants and toxins in the body will bring about some changes that may prompt us to find ways to cleanse your bodies. If you have frequent headaches, or you feel sluggish always, that could be a sign that your body needs a little help in cleansing. Acne breakouts may also be an indication that you need to have body cleansing. Other signs may include bad breathe, frequent headaches and lack of concentration.

Natural body cleansing diets

For natural body cleansing diets, lemon is one of the most common natural means. Maple syrup is also another natural body cleanser. Cayenne pepper is also another natural cleanser for the body.

For colon cleansing, fiber-rich foods are great to cleanse the intestines. Foods rich in fiber includes fruits and vegetables. Flax seed is one which is rich in fiber good for colon cleansing. Beans, apple (with the skin on), sprouts, peas, brussels sprouts are also great sources of fiber.

Another natural way to cleanse the body is to drink water or do water fasting. This allows the digestive system to rest while getting rid of the body. Keep in mind however not to overdo it because it might also cause you more discomfort than good.

Juices is also another way to make a body cleansing. In this technique, fruit and vegetable juices do the trick in cleaning your body. This method helps you gain nutrition although you are fasting. However, it is very important to consult with your doctor before attempting any body cleansing methods. It is important that the body cleansing diets or the programs you opt to do are safe and fit for your health condition as well.

Ginger tea as well as green tea are also great for body cleansing aside from being coffee substitutes. Of course, it is always a good factor to have a healthy diet of fresh vegetables and fruits to help you body cleanse itself the healthy way. Keep in mind however that choosing organic foods or those free from any form of pesticides and fertilizers are great choices that cleanses the body and lessen the toxins in the body.
