Of course, you won't be able to tell if there is someone aboard the place carrying the virus. If you need to travel, you can get yourself a face mask and always remember to have clean hands always.
- If you don't want to take chances, you can also get vaccinated against this flu and be virus free. This is particularly helpful for pregnant women and children, as they are the ones prone to getting this virus.

Choose healthy and fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet especially those rich in Vitamin D, which helps increase your immune system.
