With the media producing constant images of computer generated beautiful people, becoming beautiful has become one of the constant goals of society.

The constant bombardment of weight loss products, new make-up, and healthy foods only lends to this anxiety, stress, and lowering personal self-esteem.

Improving posture is one of the quickest ways to look like you are beautiful. By standing tall your stomach is automatically sucked in and it will look like you have lost ten pounds.

Standing tall and increased beauty also help you to become more noticeable and trustworthy. Ironically, most of the shoes today make it difficult to maintain a beautiful posture.

Every shoe that causes you to lean forward causes a chain reaction of stress on various joints and tendons. This includes shoes with heels as small as one inch, such as tennis shoes.

These shoes cause a lot of extra work and it becomes harder to hold this unnatural position as aging occurs. Chronic stress and strain can result in leg, back, and shoulder pain or fatigue.

Barefoot shoes, such as moccasins, not only allow you to stand in a natural position, but make it easier. These shoes do not have any unnatural lifts and they can help the foot to breathe.

By maintain a natural upright posture, all of the tendons and joints will also be able to function normally. Cultivating a good posture automatically makes people give you more respect.

One of the first things someone will notice about you is how you walk up to them. Good posture can dramatically change first impressions.

For proof of this phenomenon, visit an airport or other location with many people. Look at people with good posture and bad and decide what your impression of them is.

Often, people with fantastic posture will appear to be rich and intelligent, while others will appear to under the times.

CEOs or other important people usually always maintain good posture because this adds to their reputability and people will respect their judgment more readily.

This added respect and good posture will also allow you to feel a higher level of confidence in association with other people. This confidence can help dispel low self-esteem.

Maintaining excellent posture can also help you to meet success in your work as it lends you more mental clarity. Simply by standing up straight, more oxygen is let into the body and the brain.

This added oxygen helps to stave off feelings of fatigue and grogginess. Without these hindering feelings you will be able to concentrate better at work and improve your performance there.

When fatigue and grogginess are eliminated at work, you will also be able to have better relationships with those you work with.

You will feel less stressed as you are able to get more done with better quality than previously.

Beautiful posture can also prevent injuries. When hunched over the tendons and ligaments all over your body are under stress and they will be easier to injure in this position.

When standing tall the extra weight of any force will be positioned exactly where it was supposed to be naturally.

In turn, good posture can help lower your medical bills.

The stress on these muscles can cause people to not be able to move properly as they grow older. Not only does improper posture affect these ligaments and joints, but proper digestion, breathing, and muscle functions.

Maintaining good posture can become easier as you follow other healthy habits such as eating properly, maintain a healthy weight, wearing the right shoes, and exercising.

The right kind of bedding, furniture, and not carrying back packs that are overloaded can all help prevent bad posture as well.

Developing good posture is an easy way to become more beautiful, gain confidence, find success, and avoid pain.

Excellent posture can be achieved by simply wearing barefoot shoes, exercising, and being conscious of your posture.
