1. Take some aloe vera and use its gel or extract its juices. Use this juice on pimples and sores to counteract infections that cause and spread bumps

2. Apple Cider vinegar is a great astringent for acnes. Apple cider vinegar remove excess oil, and destroys the bacteria build up and normalizes the skin's pH. The acid from this vinegar helps to flush out the pores and keep the skin looking beautiful

3. Garlic is considered as one of the most powerful natural forms of medicine. It can be used to treat persons cold, sore throat, acne and many other ailments. Take three capsules of garlic per day and this will help to rid you of your cold or flu symptoms. Garlic used by itself or mixed with other foods help to prevent ailments like heart attack and strokes.

4. Apply some fresh lemon juice to a cotton ball and you can apply this to the area that has acne and this will help to clear your skin of bumps.

5. Take some oatmeal and cook it in a container, once it is finished allow it to cool and paste it onto your face for approximately 15 minutes, and then clean your face. This is a great way of clearing face of bumps.

6. Ginger can be heated up in order to extract a juice or tea that can help to relief you of your cold symptoms. 7. It has been studied and shown that onions are effective treatment that is capable of helping to protect the body from an onslaught of sicknesses. Ranging from a basic common cold to helping to deal with heart diseases, osteoporosis, diabetes and many other sicknesses. The onion is a natural antibiotic medicine that has substances that are believed to have anti-flammatory, anti-cholesterol, anticancer, antioxidant properties such as quercetin. Onions are especially good for treating sore throats and colds also when combined with honey and garlic.
