Men are women require different daily amounts of calorie, protein, vitamins, and other nutrients on their daily needs. There are certain foods that help men or women lose weight. In this article we will discuss weight loss diet food that is more suited for women.

Let's face it more women are conscious in terms of their figure and weight compared to men. So to attack the larger part of the reading public, let's discuss diet food for women. The following guide was made with a study focusing on the women's needs, this may be applied to men as well but results may not be the same.

Types of food that help women reduce weight include fresh fruits and vegetables, oats, herbal teas, brown rice, unsalted nuts, tofu, salad, olive oil, low-fat live yoghurt, and jacket potatoes. These foods are genuinely health giving and help women reduce caloric intake.

In order for your diet to be effective as expected, you need to avoid certain foods such as wheat, dairy products, eggs, foods with added sugar, chocolate, processed foods, marmalade, rice pudding, salted nuts, jam, pasta, cakes, biscuits, ice cream, crisps and ready meals. Aside from this, alcohol, coffee, tea, cocoa, fizzy drinks and packet soups should also be taken out from the scene.

The most important note here you need to remember is to avoid high-fat dairy products. The reason behind this is that eggs, double cream, full-cream milk, butter or full-fat cheese are all mucus-forming. In other words, they contribute to the clogging up of arteries and cells. Though low-fat yoghurt is allowed, you need to limit your intake of it to just occasional. Dairy products also contain certain substances like added hormones and chemicals which contribute to fat build up further. What you should buy more are fruits and vegetables which preferably are organic grown.

Instead of wheat flour, buy soya or oat flour instead. Other things you need to buy when you are in the grocery include seeds and unsalted peanuts. This way, you always have tidbits of foods you can munch on whenever you crave for some salty junk foods.

To start up your diet, begin by cleansing up your system. This can be done by sticking to raw fruits and vegetables and drink 8 glasses of water a day for the first 10 days of your diet or before you begin your diet. Things to avoid during the cleansing process include alcohol for the first 2 weeks, and then you can switch to a glass of wine per day but avoid spirits. Smoking should also be avoided as well as coffee which kills valuable nutrients in your body.

Use your will to follow these tips and in no time you will feel better, have a healthier skin, happier, prettier, and disease free for the rest of your life.
