The yeast called Candida Albicans lives naturally in our bodies. It is actually harmless for as long as good bacteria is able to control it and make it harmonize with other microorganisms in our bodies. There are times, however, when harmony and balance is destroyed, and that event normally leads to the birth of the symptoms of Candida.

Candida Albicans overgrowth is responsible for many serious illnesses in an individual, both physical and psychological. Some of the most commonly occurring Candida infection symptoms include: bloating, migraines, anxiety, itching in the vagina and the rectum, constipation, even acne.

Negative psychological effects that are considered symptoms of Candida include: depression, mood swings, irritability, and poor memory. Candida Albicans is also believed to contribute to a person's alcoholism, autism, ADD or attention deficit disorder, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and many more. As you can see, those mentioned are serious illnesses that make an individual need really fast treatment for Candida Albicans.

There are a variety of ways by which we can reduce the symptoms of Candida and even get rid of yeast infection totally:

1. Eat a diet that's developed specifically for the prevention of yeast overgrowth.

People who have Candida should avoid dishes and foods that have high sugar content as a way of treating a yeast infection. Aside from foods with large amounts of sugar, refined foods also entice yeast to multiply. Once you follow a Candida prevention diet, you will surely notice a decrease, if not the total eradication of Candida infection symptoms. People who need treatment for Candida Albicans will be better off sticking to diets rich in vegetables, eggs, etc.

2. Take supplements that are proven to reduce the symptoms of Candida.

Aside from the proper diet, another way of treating a yeast infection is the intake of supplements like taheebo tea, supplements with caprylic acid, grapefruit seed extracts, and other oxygen based supplements that are said to be effective in fighting off Candida infection symptoms. Of course, it is essential for you to follow your doctor's instructions to avoid overdose.

3. Colon Cleansing also helps alleviate the symptoms of Candida.

Most individuals who have their colons cleansed yearly observe that their Candida infection symptoms are decreased. Studies have even shown that maintaining a healthy colon is a good way of reducing the overgrowth of Candida Albicans.

The symptoms of Candida Albicans, when left untreated, can really disrupt your life and may lead to many other serious diseases. Treating a yeast infection is therefore important and should be done early.
