Running, jogging, muscle building, medication and abdominal exercises are very much essential. Muscle burns more calories than fat which keeps body fit, healthy and toned. Resistance bands, Pilate's, or push-ups will make you strong by this equipment so that it helps to manage or reduce weight. A good, well-balanced fitness routine includes aerobic workouts, strength training, and flexibility exercises.

Some people even prefer medication to keep their body weight. Pills are easily available in the markets which help either to increase or reduce weight. They are usually not preferred as they have lots of other side effects, which need not be healthy. Hence, weight loss is a long term process and continual process which keeps the body toned and healthy.
