Here are some things you can do to increase the positive benefits of fitness.

Increases Organ functionality. One of the most positive benefits of exercise is on the body's organs.

Physical activity improves how the body functions. By eliminating excess calories and fat it allows to organs to function much more easily.

Excess calories and fat make it much harder for organs to function. With exercise the heart and kidney will both be able to function more efficiently.

This will subsequently lower blood pressure and reduce risk for heart attacks, stroke, several forms of cancer and adult diabetes.

Heart disease is one of the leading causes for death in the Unites States so this is very beneficial. It will add years onto your life.

regulates and prevents hormonal imbalances. Not only does exercise help the main organs it helps the glands in charge of your hormones. It regulates the amount of hormones in your body and prevents imbalances.

boosted immune system Through moderate exercise, immune system is boosted. People who exercise regularly report fewer respiratory infections than those who don't. Studies have shown moderate exercise results in a 29% decrease in upper respiratory infections.

When exercising the body will circulate immune cells more quickly throughout the body. This increases the amount of infection immune cells can fight.

Although be careful. Do not try to get fit all at ones. When sedentary people decide to begin exercising they often exert themselves causing their immune systems to become suppressed leading to sickness. Start out slow. Then continually and gradually increase your level of activity.

More positive outlook. People who spend more time participating in exercise that they love have a better outlook and more positive attitude. Exercising is hard when you don't find it worthwhile or it is boring.

Find an activity that you love to do. This will make it easier for you to find time to keep up the routine and make you considerably happier.

Reduces stress
Moderate exercise has been proven to decrease the level of stress on the body. This leads to many other positive affects. It means a reduction in acne.

Exercise and reduced stress regulate the adrenal glands. This causes less hormones to be secreted meaning less acne breakouts.

It also means a boost in regenerative cells which postpone the aging process causing your body to feel and look younger for a much longer period of time.

Positive influence on learning. Exercise increases the flow of oxygen to the brain which increases the firing of the synapses in the brain that relay information. This means that you will think faster and be able to store more information.

It also increase growth of new cells in the brain as well as increases chemicals in the brain that improve understanding.

Better sleep and more energy. When you go to sleep each night your body renews and regenerates. Your body regenerates nine times faster while you are sleeping than while you are awake.

Working out will give your body more to do while you are asleep. A physically exhausted body will fall into a deeper sleep much faster and for a longer period of time. This will mean you wake up more rejuvenated and with increased energy.

More self confidence, better body image. Exercise increases body image and self confidence. This is not only because it helps people attain their desired weight and physique. It increases self confidence and the libido through increased energy and and improved relationship with your body.

Reduces depression. In particular, exercise leads to the release of certain neurotransmitters in the brain that alleviate pain, both physical and mental. These are most often referred to as endorphins and they act as a natural pain reliever.

The alleviation of pain paired with increased learning capabilities, more energy, better sleep and a boost in self confidence and body image all help in battling depression.

Moderate exercise is used as both a preventative measure and a treatment in battling depression.

Over exercising, however, has an equally negative affect on your health, specifically your immune system and organs. Make sure if you lead a regularly sedentary lifestyle that you do not rush into exercising. People who rush into exercise often over exert themselves and can injure themselves or get sick.

Once this happens usually people quit working out and go back to their sedentary lives. Be patient when getting into an exercise routine. Start out gradually and eventually you will be where you want to be.
