Smoking is one of the most dangerous habits. It is the most popular form of nicotine that has been used by billions of people. The substance of this tobacco is classified as hard narcotics, like heroin, but the use of it is limited as it is often not commercially available. Smoking tobacco is among the leading causes of many diseases such as lung cancer, heart attacks, and erectile dysfunction. It can also lead to birth defects and sometimes it even causes death. It is important then that you listen to every stop smoking advice you hear so that you will eventually quit the habit.

There are several ways to quit smoking. Cigarette smoking stops the lungs from normal functioning, inhibiting breathing and damaging your lung tissues. One of the best advices in quitting smoking would be to avoid cigarette which reminds you of your habit. This would involve throwing away your smoking stuffs that you have in your home, including your last pack of cigarettes, ashtray, and lighters. Weight gain can be predictable after a few days of quitting your cigarette habit. However, your body will gradually start adjusting to the fact that you can no longer dose your body with some sugar. Some Natural methods include acupuncture which is considered as a smoking treatment for those who cannot stop smoking. Medications such as Wellbutrin are also known to help cut down on cigarette cravings. Surely, it will take a lot of strong doses of determination from you so that you can get off your cigarette habits. No matter what, always put in your mind the word no about smoking. Cut down the number of cigarettes that you smoke each day. Follow the advices of a friend or your spouse to quit. Start exercising, in that way your body has the strength to quit your habit. Switch to a brand of cigarettes you do not like, in this way your smoking habit will be lessened. Throw away your spare lighters. Smoke alone if you like to smoke with people. Become aware of why you smoke each cigarette. Avoid the things that cause you to smoke. In that way, if you follow these kind of steps and you can now control yourself in smoking.

In conclusion quitting smoking increases the chances of surviving cancer, living a longer and healthier life. It improves the tolerance to treatments, saves up some money, improves sexual function, and stops harming other people. On top of that, following this stop smoking advice will make you more attractive and gain more admiration from people.
