One has to care a lot about once body and needs to put a range of efforts in order to get a great healthy body and consequently a healthy mind.It is rightly said that a healthy mind lives in a healthy body.Our body also needs a proper and regular maintenance as our vehicles do for proper and efficient working so that they can last long.

The functioning of our body is similar to the vehicle and if one part does not work properly, it will affect the entire functioning of the system.Symptoms are the directions or the indications that are produced by our body to alert us about the improper functioning.Symptoms signify that something is wrong which needs to be taken care of.

Some of the most common diseases which reflect their symptoms are Diabetes, Lung cancer, Heart Attack and many more.

Diabetes
This disease grows in the body when our body cannot make or use insulin.Insulin is necessary to change sugar into energy for keeping us alive.Finding diabetes at a very early stage is almost impossible as there is a general tendency to ignore its symptoms.

Some of the most common symptoms, our body indicates during diabetes are as follows.
Polyuria or frequent urination - is one of the major and early symptoms of diabetes.The body stops preparing or making insulin properly which results into increase in the percentage of sugar in blood.The kidney of a diabetes patient work much harder than the normal patient.Sometimes it fails to keep up and due to this; frequent urination is caused which may results into dehydration.

Thirst - Due to dehydration, kidneys failed to filter the sugar from the blood properly and hence patient feels thirsty.
Weight Loss - Weight loss is another early symptom produced by the body during diabetes.Weight loss may be due to dehydration and due to reduction of adipose tissue by lipolysis.

Slow Healing of Wounds - Any skin rash or wound tends to heal slowly; this could be another symptom of diabetes.Frequent and itching sensation is also observed in some of the cases; hence you need to take care of any skin rashes.You also need to examine your feet regularly and carefully and also about the flaky skin under them.

Another most common disease which reflects its symptoms is heart attack.Following are some of the most common symptoms observed during heart attack.

Chest Pain - The first and the foremost symptom of heart attack is chest pain.At any point of time, if you have sudden chest pain; this is the time when you immediately need to see a doctor.Heart attack can give a severe pain but not necessarily, sometimes mild pain will be a sign of heart attack.

Pain in shoulder, arms and jaw - Pain in shoulders, arms and jaw can be the sign of heart attack.Hence they should not be ignored and immediate medical advice should be taken.

Irregular heart beat or Palpitations - Palpitation cannot be misunderstood as an anxiety attack as it also involves abnormal or irregular heart beat which may be the symptom of heart attack.
