A fit body is every woman's dream, but for that one needs to follow a regular fitness and exercise regime. A good fitness regime is a must, not only for young women but also for women in their middle age, who can not only tone up their muscles and gain strength, but also increase their vigor and flexibility through regular exercising.

Women who exercise regularly are generally able to impede and even resist the negative effects of disease and aging. They can thus help in ridding society of one of the most general myth of aging, that weakness and crippling are a part of aging. With the increase in age, the necessity to exercise increases proportionately. It is a good idea to start with a five minute daily walk and then gradually increase the time and type of workout.
