Restless leg syndrome is a condition that can happen to all ages. In fact, some people develop the condition in their younger years and may worsen during adulthood. This condition may not be that life-threatening but the discomfort can be a hindrance to enjoying a quality life.

You can also massage your limbs before going to sleep or use electric stimulation in your toes and feet before sleeping. Physical therapy is also helpful in alleviating the discomfort brought about by RLS.

Manage daily stress as well. Stress can aggravate any health problems you have how little it may be, thus find ways to be able to reduce stress and manage them daily. Learning some breathing and relaxation exercises can be a good first step in trying to help yourself with RLS.
