How To Lose Man Boobs Using Exercise

When it comes to losing your man boobs, you need to have a specific diet and perform specific gynecomastia exercises. It does not matter if you are taking pills, supplements or whatever else, you will still need to perform certain gynecomastia exercises.

The following are some really good gynecomastia exercises.

1. Diamond Push Ups - First you need to kneel on all fours with the hands touching down in the shape of a diamond. Afterwards, straighten your legs out and get into push position. Bend your elbows and lower your chest down to the ground. You chest should be less than an inch off the ground but not touching it. Next, gently straighten your elbows and lift yourself back up.

This is a very important and targeted exercise. Over time, you will develop strength and do more reps. This is why it will be important to try different variations later so that you can increase the resistance. Once you become very good, you can try it on a medicine ball.

2. Cable Crossovers - This exercise is meant for toning the inner part of your chest. You will require a pulley station. The idea is to stand in the middle (between two pulley stations) and hold the handle at shoulder level. Afterwards, you will bring the two handles together in front of you.

As you become stronger, you will want to increase the resistance on each side of the pulley system. Form is very important and you should start out slow. Do it with light weights first to master your form.

3. Back against the Wall

This is one of the the hardest gynecomastia exercises to perform. You need to push your back against a flat wall and get into a position as if you were sitting in a chair. You will want to hold this position for about 30 seconds. It will be counted as one set. As you get better you will want to hold for a longer period of time.

Important Note:

These are great gynecomastia exercises for flattening your chest. However, its important to understand that man boobs can be caused by hormonal imbalance, nutrition and lack of exercise. Gynecomastia exercises may not be enough to help you get rid of your man boobs.

You can use the natural method that involves the correct exercise, diet and supplements. With these put together, you will be able to balance hormones and reduce chest fat. Obviously, it requires more work than just sitting on your coach but the results can be worth it. The most important thing is consistency. You need to do it on a consistent basis till you reach your goals.
