How To Lose Man Boobs In Less Than A Month

Most men with man boobs are looking for ways to reduce chest fat. This is very important as the chest is a very attractive part of a man's body. About 4 out 5 women have stated that a nice looking chest can really improve a man's sex appeal. So how do we reduce chest fat?

Before you try anything to reduce chest fat, you need to know why you have it in the first place. Usually, there are two types of Gynecomastia (chest fat) cases and they are treated differently. The first is related to lack of exercise, poor diets and obesity. The second one can be attributed to hormonal imbalance with or without obesity.

A person with the second case of Gynecomastia would need to balance their hormones with specific supplements, diet and exercises. The first one can usually be treated with a balanced diet and regular exercise. Its important to understand that exercise will consist of resistance and cardiovascular training.

When it comes to resistance training, I would consider the following to be my most effective exercises to reduce chest fat.

1. Push Ups - A regular shoulder width push up makes you go up and down using your own body weight. It's important to build up to a certain number as you are focusing on doing low resistance and high rep exercises.

2. Chest Flies - This is a cross over motion that is much different than a press motion (like a push up). While its not as effective for burning fat, it is still important as it targets areas that other chest exercises don't. You will require a bench and a pair of dumbbells to do this exercise. If you have a gym membership, they should have this equipment.

3. Dumbbell Press - Simply lie on a bench and lift dumbbells in the air to the point where they almost touch. Afterward, bring them down and repeat the motion again.

4. Back against the Wall

This is one of the the hardest gynecomastia exercises to perform. You need to push your back against a flat wall and get into a position as if you were sitting in a chair. You will want to hold this position for about 30 seconds. It will be counted as one set. As you get better you will want to hold for a longer period of time.

Important Note:

These are great gynecomastia exercises for flattening your chest. However, its important to understand that man boobs can be caused by hormonal imbalance, nutrition and lack of exercise. Gynecomastia exercises may not be enough to help you get rid of your man boobs.

Of course, these are only a few resistance exercises that you can do. To reduce chest fat, you need to know all the different types of exercises so that you can change you workouts often. This will keep the intensity high and create muscle confusion.
