A lot of people are having problems treating their back acne especially for teenagers. There are different back acne treatments but which ones is the most effective way of getting rid of these back acne? Dermatologists cannot even explain what the real causes of back acne are. Most of them, it has something to do with our hygiene that is why it is important that we wash our back. We mostly have a hard time reaching our back so one of the things that you need to have in order to treat back acne. It helps you clean hard to reach areas of your back making sure that it is always clean so there would not build up of germs and bacteria on your back which would sometimes result to having back acnes.

The treatment that most dermatologists recommend if one has back acne are similar to the ones used in treating facial acne, the most popular medicine which is highly recommended by most dermatologists is benzoyl peroxide. It can be used as a topical treatment and you can choose from two varieties, the ones which are made of cream and the other made of gel. You can try applying benzoyl peroxide in affected areas and make sure that you consult your dermatologist before you start applying them. There are also other products which could help you cure your back acne but it really depend on a person's lifestyle if the cures available would be able to minimize back acne.

Another effective way for back acne treatment is to make sure that you know which types of food and products, medicines which you are allergic too. You might not even know it but there are other products which triggers allergic reactions especially to those people with highly sensitive skin. I you visit your dermatologist to get a list of food, products and other stuff which can trigger any allergic reactions which could worsen your back acne problems. After determining which products and food would trigger any allergic reactions, you can start avoiding these foods and you should also start eating healthy. Avoid eating fatty and salty foods because they usually contribute to oil build ups that are sources of back acne problems.

Aside from the possible treatments mentioned, it is also important that one has to take care of his hygiene. If you are not particular with hygiene, most likely you are prone to having back acnes. Make sure that you take a bath at least two times a day and make sure that you clean you back as well. If you are not used, you can also have exfoliating back scrub because it helps in removing dead skin cells which are also causes of back acne. Always remember that whatever back acne treatment you have in mind, you must consider taking care of your hygiene at all times.
