D. Get Sufficient Sleep

Having enough sleep on a regular basis is also recommended if you wish to cure your acne. Stress, tiredness, and of course, lack of sleep can lead to breakouts and unhealthy skin. If you want to prevent acne, or thwart the worsening of your acne, better see to it that you get a sufficient amount of sleep daily.
