If you do not have problems with your joints a treadmill can be a great way to get your heart pumping. When you are on the treadmill you will have to make sure that you continue to pick up your feet and move so you do not fall off the machine.

If you choose sports or if you choose an exercise machine you just have to make sure that you are keeping your body active. The more active that you keep your body the more happy you will be in the long run.
