Hemorrhoids or popularly known as piles is a disorder of the lower portion of the alimentary canal in which the veins connecting the rectum and the anus enlarge and swell forming a cushion of tissues often resulting into a lump.
Formation of hemorrhoids is always associated with itching and irritation, pain and swelling of the anal opening. They are difficult to diagnose since they are located at the inside of the anal opening where there are no pain receptors. The person who is suffering himself may not know that he is suffering from internal hemorrhoids until he observes the stool which may be covered with blood stains.
Internal hemorrhoids cream can always be a better option than trying to cure them with surgeries. Surgeries are painful and no surgery can guarantee that the internal hemorrhoids will not occur again. These creams are very mild and mainly concentrate on softening the tissue and reduce the irritation and itching. What is important in this context is to understand that the inner mucosal lining of the absorption surfaces involved in absorption of important nutrients from the waste is delicate and gets ruptured when hard stool passed through it.

Many companies have claimed to cure the hemorrhoids completely through their products and patient programs. Most of these companies are not able to fulfill their promise since their products are not authentic and lack the herbal ingredients. While selecting a cream for internal hemorrhoids one must take in to account various factors. Firstly a doctor must be consulted, secondly the brand of the company should have a good reputation and the company must have its own lab.
Creams can always be a better option since they are less painful to the patient.
