Anxiety is a disorder that is caused by nervousness, stress, problems and depression. This kind of disorder affects our heart, brain, nerves, bones, muscles, and other parts of the body. There are many examples associated with this sickness. Like if you are in trouble or in danger and you feel nervous and begin to panic or if you are walking in the dark and you're hearing footsteps like someone is following you. You feel scared or frightened. That's where the symptom begins to attack you. The attack of this kind of disorder may last for three to six months or can even take longer. Most of the attacked victims of this disorder are the old people. A country could spend billions of money for the treatment of this kind of disorder like psycho therapies, and other medical needs. Some of the experts say that this kind of disorder may be caused of heredity, aging and personal development.

This disorder is well known as the response to nervousness and it is the caused of being in stressful kinds of situation. But too much of the fright and nervousness may lead to cause a person's life. This kind of symptom can make the heart go faster and make the blood rise and may cause a heart attack and high blood pressure.

This disorder becomes very bad when it comes to a point where you would keep on worrying about your problems, like for example when you are not able to comply with your basic needs, and when you are not able to finish your activities in school, job and other activities that are important to your self. This is where the anxiety disorder starts to exist.

There are five kinds of this kind of disorder. The generalized anxiety disorder, the obsessive compulsive disorder, the post traumatic stress disorder, the panic disorder and the social phobia or so called the social anxiety disorder. The G.A.D or generalized anxiety disorder affects women more than men. It is a common type of disorder. This disorder affects many people of all ages. The generalized anxiety disorder usually occurs during the childhood state or in the teenage years. While the second type of disorder, the O.C.D or the obsessive compulsive disorder is caused by problems of the thoughts. The victim of the obsessive compulsive disorder does many things repeatedly. For example a person that has a obsessive compulsive disorder keeps on opening and locking the door repeatedly.

A person with the post traumatic stress disorder may not enjoy their daily happiness because of a sudden happening that have made them nervous about it. While in the panic disorder a person who suffers from this attack can be killed or can feel so frightened because the panic attack makes the heartbeat faster. The social phobia may occur when a person has a problem with its social life. So when you are feeling that you are a victim of anxiety consult your doctor immediately..
