As men age, we may begin to notice that our libido or sex drive diminishes correspondingly. Some of us may even lose interest in sex or developed erectile dysfunction. What is happening?

There are many reasons to that such as stress, anxieties, andropause, bad health or lifestyle and decreased in testosterone level. If you are overweight, start to lose weight. Obesity do play a large part in a negative effect to your sexual stamina and libido. Obesity related diseases such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes can suppress your sex drive as well as making you impotent.

Besides, being overweight is not sexy and as you are subconsciously of that, you will not be highly stimulated sexually as you expose your overweight frame to your partner. This will cause you some anxiousness and that will again dampen your sex drive.

Now since you are reducing your weight, then might as well avoid foods rich in saturated fat and transfat to help you do so. You see, transfat and saturated fat along with its cholesterol can block up your blood vessels causing heart diseases, high blood pressure, high cholesterol all of which affect your blood circulation and thus have a dampening effect on your sexual prowess. So if you want to have harder erections, then limit the intake and consumption of such foods.

You can also supplement with libido enhancement pills which are made of natural herbs such as tongkat ali, horny goat weed and saw palmetto or take muli-vitamin and minerals with adequate zinc and magnesium which are also known to increase your libido and sex drive.

Yes, there are natural ways to increase your libido naturally, but you must be willing to take the steps to get there.
