Engaging in sports is also a good idea to reduce your cholesterol as sports keep you moving and make you physically active, which can help keep off excess weight, thus, leading to lower bad cholesterol-levels.

True, you can't quit smoking overnight, or with just a snap of a fingers, as smoking is an addiction. It doesn't mean however that it is impossible to stop this bad habit. Chew gum, use quit-smoking patches, and so on, so you can quit your smoking addiction and start to decrease cholesterol levels.

Knowing how to lower LDL naturally and applying those natural techniques will definitely give you a healthier body, and help you have a longer life.
