Sometimes, the hunger pangs you feel just means that you need to drink water, and do not mean that you need to eat again. You can reduce excess fat, therefore, if you drink a lot of water on a daily basis.

Technique Number Two: Get enough sleep every day.

Another tip on the concern of how to lose body fat is to see to it that you get sufficient sleep daily. You see, the stored fat in our bodies are actually burned during sleep, thus, if you do not have the proper amount of sleep, you can't expect your fats to be burned fast. Technique Number Three: Eat small meals about 4 - 5 times a day.

Technique Number Four: Engage in dancing several times a week.

Aside from eating healthy, drinking more H20, and sleeping sufficiently, another way you can lose weight safely is to dance a number of times per week. You see, some people get lazy when it comes to exercising, and if you want a fun activity that can help you to reach healthy weight loss goals, it is recommended that you dance. Whether its ballroom dancing, jazz dancing, or hip hop, and so on, what's important is that you spend time in moving your body in order to reduce excess fat. Dancing for 45 minutes or more per day is a good idea.
