While one is attending a college or university in hopes of reaching the level of Doctor of Pharmacy finding a job as an intern or assistant will prove valuable. This will provide additional training and very well could lead to a full time position within the business.
Being in the field of pharmacy one has to be aware of the fact that things are always changing. With the technological information growing the advancement of the pharmaceutical industry is in a constant state of flux. This is not said to discourage but rather to impart the understanding that continued education is required.
