Supplements are preparation that is intended to complement diet, provide nutrients such as vitamins and minerals, fibers, fatty acids and amino acids. These substances can be missing in one's body system or they consumed insufficient amount in their diet. There are different terms being used with this item. Some called it foods; other called it drugs, dietary supplement or natural supplement. Natural health Supplements (NHS) which contains vitamins and minerals are listed in Codes Alimentarius. These are collections of recognized remedies, practices, food production and safety. This is recognized worldwide and it is the most reliable reference if a supplements it approved of not. These are an organization under World health organization (WHO).

Using these totally made natural products brings everything back to basic. This is made of natural ingredients and wouldn't cause too much side effects that drugs can often give. As a user of supplements, you should also help yourself to meet your dietary needs and won't solely depend on these supplements. Include foods high In proteins, carbohydrates fibers and nutrients to help boost your health. Since NHs are all natural, there are no artificial ingredients such as flavoring, sweeteners, stabilizers, additives or chemicals. This is the reason why some of the supplements don't taste good; you just have to drink it with water or juice to mask its taste. Approved products have undergone research and multiple testing. These are made with quality and it makes use of standard and criteria to optimize its use.

It is always best to stay natural. Most of the damages in your system are due to the products that your organs cannot process. Sometimes, chemicals are irritants and can cease the function of your organs with every use. Usual problems include renal failure. This is because; kidneys are unable to excrete it since nephrons are already damaged. Another problem it can create is liver damage. Each product has limitations that are why you should take note of the indication, dosage and appropriate use of it. Even though it is natural, it should be use in a way it should be.

Make sure that the natural health supplements you are using has approved therapeutic claim and has undergone proper processing and approval. Be responsible enough to buy a product that will cause less harm on your body.
