- Maintain a healthy weight.
Getting pregnant fast sometimes can be traced back to your weight. Most often, overweight women and even underweight ones may find it hard to conceive than those who have ideal BMI or body mass index. You can actually measure your body mass index given your height and your weight and if you don't fall in your ideal weight, you may want to do something about it. Problems with ovulation and polycystic ovarian syndrome which are among the causes of infertility can also be traced back to your diet, thus make sure you also go back to the basic healthy foods in your diet.

- Maintain a regular exercise to boost your fertility.
Exercise is another thing that can be a major factor in infertility. But you have to keep in mind that too much exercise may also be a hindrance to becoming pregnant fast. On the other hand, lack of exercise can also affect fertility, thus it is important to understand that enough regular exercise should be a part of your daily routine. Over exercise or lack of it may in fact be a factor why some women experience an absence of the menstrual flow and in some, irregular or infrequent menstruation, which of course, is a main consideration if you are trying to get pregnant.

- Manage stress in your everyday life.
Like the factors mentioned earlier, too much stress can also affect the proper functioning of your reproductive system and in fact, stress can take a toll on your overall health, thus find ways to manage everyday stress and boost your fertility as well.

Indeed, there are a lot of cases of unexplained infertility in these times that people are rushing to their jobs and are getting too busy catching up with their careers and not knowing that simple things and lifestyles can affect much their fertility.
