You may also need to manage stress at these times to help lighten up the signs and symptoms of menopause especially when you are dealing with pain, fatigue, memory lapses and mood swings. Learn a new passion or interest or join a club. You may also want to give your time helping others so you will divert your attention to these discomforts while making yourself a more fulfilled person.
Indeed, dealing with the discomforts of menopause most often depends largely on you. If you choose to stay put and feel them, you may find them more uncomfortable and painful, thus find ways and help yourself. Everything you will feel will be temporary and you will eventually learn to enjoy life in the menopausal stage a little better.
