Learning how to burn body fat is actually learning the many factors on how you can control the accumulation of excess fats by switching to healthy eating and using or burning those fats by regular and proper exercise.

- Exercise before breakfast or before eating. If you actually want to burn more fat and not just use up the calories you take in during meals, then do your exercise right before you take your meals. Especially during the morning, it helps to do your exercises in the morning before breakfast so that you will burn stored fat instead of just burning the calories you take in during breakfast.
