Breast enhancement surgery will not only change the size of a woman's bust, it will also force her to change her wardrobe. A lot of the tops that women wore before their surgery will no longer fit. Women may find that their jackets won't button, their shirts are uncomfortably tight, and tops that only showed a little cleavage previously will now give onlookers an eyeful.

Not only that, but different garments look better on small-chested women. After a woman decides to undergo breast enhancement surgery, she will have to learn how to dress to flatter her new figure. This can be confusing, since most women are so used to dressing to flatter their old curves.

How to Choose Tops After Breast Enhancement Surgery

The first thing that women will need to learn is how to shop for tops. While large breasts are seen as feminine and beautiful, they can make a woman look much larger than she is if not dressed properly.

The most flattering necklines for larger busts are V-necks and scoop necks. High necklines can make the breasts appear very high up on the chest and add bulk to the entire midsection. A lower neckline will break up the chest area, highlight the breasts, and of course, show a bit of cleavage. However, because low necklines will expose cleavage, it's important to try shirts on instead of assuming that they will fit. While women that were previously small-chested may have been able to fit into almost any top they liked, this will not be the case when shopping with larger breasts.

Large-breasted women will also want to highlight their waist. Highlighting the waist will create the curvaceous hourglass figure that many women are after. Failing to highlight the waist will make a woman appear heavy or boxy. To draw attention to a small waist women will want to choose high-waisted skirts, belt loose dresses, and choose shirts that cinch at the waist.

Even heavier women will want to dress with their waist in mind. While it may seem counter-intuitive to highlight a full waist, it will actually make women appear thinner and more feminine. Choosing to wear loose, drab clothing will only add bulk.

The most important thing for women to remember after breast enhancement surgery is to enjoy their new body. Ladies will want to choose comfortable clothing that makes them feel confident and beautiful. Great clothing can only go so far. A nice dose of confidence is just the thing to make every outfit radiant.
